  • Conduit, an outsourced contact centre provider, is to create more than 380 additional jobs at its existing sites in Swansea and Cardiff.
  • Sir Richard Branson’s company, Virgin Atlantic, is to open a new contact centre in Swansea, creating more than 200 contact centre jobs over the next two years.
  • Barclaycard are creating around 250 financial services jobs in Cardiff. The jobs will be based in Pentwyn, Cardiff, where Barclaycard already has a lending arm called Firstplus.
